Beau
Beau
In two decades and five years,
I want to live alone without fear,
Every inch of me does not believe in forever,
But look how fate played, I found you my dear.
You are that halcyon blue sky above,
You are not a teacher but you taught me what
is love.
You are the truce that I found amidst of strife.
You are the memories that I will cherish even
in afterlife.
You are the choice I will always choose.
A door that I will never close.
You are that mushy lullaby serenading my
destitute soul,
You are sweet and sometimes a temperamental
fool.
In life’s battlefield,
You are my weapon and shield.
When darkness gives me fright,
You are that beacon burning endlessly bright.
Some would say why you?
Excuse me to say this but why not?
Everyone deserves to be loved,
And so are you, my beau.
